Jim Stanton
Vice President
Member of the Pipefitters Union Local 597 since: 1978
Jim has extensive experience in steam and hot water boiler installations in commercial, institutional and industrial settings.
He is also proficient in the repair of high and lower pressure boiler equipment. Jim excels at being knowledgeable in all types of process piping.
David Simmons
Service Superintendent
Member of the Pipefitters Union Local 597 since: 1975
David specializes in the repair and installation of chillers, absorbers, pneumatic control and piping, refrigeration, piping and gas burners. He is also skilled in the installation and repair of boilers. David has worked on many large projects and has proven that he’s in it to win it.
Don Gutzmer
Sheet Metal Project Manager
Started in the sheet metal and HVAC industry: 1982
Member of the Sheet Metal Union Local 73 since: 1990
Don is certified to install, repair and design all types of duct and exhaust systems for various applications. He specializes in design/build services but is also proficient in plan-and-spec-jobs. He oversees a team of highly-trained sheet metal workers who can confidently and accurately install any job.
Mike Horn

Gary Warren
Plumbing Superintendent
Started in the plumbing industry: 1987
Member of the Plumbing Union Local 130 since: 1989
Gary has experience in all types of commercial plumbing, including sewer and water main repair. Before he finished his apprenticeship, Gary was a foreman running crews in the field. He has been an estimator/project superintendent for the last 10 years and is responsible for doing design/build plumbing systems.
